So, basically you read this as 90 pounds, 4 sets of 6. I’m starting out light and building up slowly. Like I mentioned in this comic I’m interested in toneing not building.

I’m also not doing any lower body lifting, at least not yet. Most of my muscle mass is in my legs and I don’t really need anymore. I was lifting 400+ pounds with them in college, and I’d probably still be comfortable doing the mid to high 200s. Besides they LOVE to get muscle cramps. Jogging and doing leg weights just isn’t a good idea for me.
