Even i don't like dietitians. It seems they mostly go with the main stream flow of information. I am crazy aboutItalian cooking, weather my dietitian allows it or not. My belief is we all possess an inner instinct for our food and if we are following it, it is self sufficient.

Nate, love the comic. Just read through the archives.

As someone who’s been overweight (actually, “obese” is probably more accurate, but who cares) all my life, I totally get it. At one point I had lost about 100 pounds in the course of like a year or so, only to gain most of it back. My goal this summer (I work in the school system, so I’m on vacation!) is to get back on track. I congratulate you on your success and continued work, and I hope I can do the same. I guess the best thing I have going for me is that I know I can lose the weight.

Anyway, keep up the good work.
